As the voice and the ears of our brand online, you will be instrumental in forging meaningful connections by initiating conversations, responding to comments, and sharing content that resonates with our audience.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include crafting compelling posts that spark dialogue, commenting on trends to keep our brand at the forefront of industry conversations, and replying to our community’s inquiries with warmth and professionalism. You’ll also be tasked with managing our friends and followers lists—connecting with like-minded individuals and organizations, as well as making strategic decisions about when to unfriend or unfollow for the health of our online ecosystem.

As our Social Media Relations Specialist, your ability to authentically engage with our audience and reflect our brand’s values in every interaction will help us build a robust and loyal online community. Your insights from these interactions will also be crucial in shaping our social media strategies and contributing to our overall success in the digital space.   1. Strategy Development: Crafting a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s brand, audience, and goals.
  2. Content Creation: Developing and curating engaging content for social media platforms, including text posts, videos, and images.
  3. Content Scheduling: Planning and scheduling content in advance using social media management tools to maintain a consistent presence.
  4. Brand Representation: Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for each social media platform.
  5. Community Engagement: Monitoring, moderating, and responding to audience comments; managing social media partnerships with other brands; and creating and/or managing social media campaigns.
  6. Analytics and Reporting: Using analytics tools to track the performance of social media posts and campaigns, and creating reports to inform future strategies.
  7. Advertising: Managing social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
  8. Trend Monitoring: Keeping up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and adjusting the social media strategy accordingly.
  9. Influencer Collaboration: Identifying and engaging with influencers and thought leaders to expand brand reach and credibility.
  10. Team Collaboration: Working with other departments to develop social media timelines that coincide with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
  11. Crisis Management: Addressing any negative comments or PR issues that arise on social media platforms.
  12. Education and Training: Staying informed on the latest developments in social media and educating other team members on best practices.
