As the Event Coordinator or Manager, you are the driving force behind the creation, development, and execution of successful events. Your role is multifaceted and involves a high level of organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills. The responsibilities entrusted to you include:

  1. Event Planning: Crafting the vision for events, from initial concept to the final agenda, and meticulously planning all aspects to ensure a cohesive experience.
  2. Budget Management: Prudently creating and overseeing the event’s budget, ensuring all financial aspects are transparent and controlled.
  3. Venue Selection: Identifying and securing the perfect venue that aligns with the event’s theme and requirements, negotiating terms to benefit all parties involved.
  4. Vendor Coordination: Sourcing, selecting, and managing relationships with various vendors to provide services that contribute to the event’s success.
  5. Team Leadership: Guiding and directing the event team, delegating tasks strategically, and ensuring all team members are aligned with the event’s objectives.
  6. Marketing and Promotion: Leading the promotional efforts to ensure the event reaches its intended audience and generates the desired level of interest and engagement.
  7. Sponsorship Management: Attracting and retaining sponsors, managing these relationships, and delivering on sponsorship agreements.
  8. Risk Management: Anticipating potential challenges and developing strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring a smooth execution.
  9. Stakeholder Communication: Keeping open lines of communication with all parties involved, from clients to contributors, ensuring expectations are managed and met.
  10. Registration and Attendee Management: Overseeing the attendee journey from registration to post-event follow-up, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  11. On-Site Management: Being the point of contact during the event, addressing any immediate issues, and ensuring the event unfolds without a hitch.
  12. Post-Event Evaluation: Analyzing the event’s performance against its goals, gathering feedback, and identifying lessons learned for future events.
  13. Reporting: Compiling detailed reports that capture the event’s outcomes, including financial performance and attendee feedback, to stakeholders.

Pay: 30% of event revenue
